The Role

Seeking an Admin and Customer Service Guru

Do you want to make the world a better place? And work from anywhere in the world?

We are a purposeful branding agency that helps good businesses rebrand or refresh around their purpose and values.

Our remote team is looking for its missing piece – an awesome and dedicated admin and customer service expert – who will help us with our purpose: to help good businesses become better brands.

You can be anywhere in the world providing you are plus or minus 3 hours from Brisbane business hours. You will need to join our team meetings via Zoom video conference.

Let’s see if you’re a good fit for our team:

  • You love to help! Whether that’s helping clients with enquiries or other team members with their schedules.
  • You are very well organised and can be an active part of a team, even if everyone works remotely.
  • You enjoy a variety of tasks (think from invoicing to tracking information and engaging with clients).
  • You have undeniable attention to detail.
  • You are (or can become) comfortable with a variety of work tools such as Google Drive, Hubspot and ClickUp.
  • You know what your personal values are and want to align them with your work.

3. Confirm Your Availability

  • Availability for 1-2 virtual meetings a week during Brisbane, Australia business hours.
  • Able to commit to up to 15 hours/week of awesome work.

Our Challenge

It’s very important to us to match our team’s passions to their daily tasks. This challenge should be pretty easy:

Simply organise the following tasks from your favourite to least favourite:

  1. Blog writing
  2. Chasing information with team or clients
  3. Creating and sending invoices
  4. Following up on project updates
  5. Incoming calls handling
  6. Incoming emails handling
  7. Organising team members’ schedules
  8. Participating in team meetings
  9. Scheduling meeting
  10. Team engagement
  11. Updating templates (e.g. project updates, new proposals)
