The Role

Seeking a Virtual Assistant / Marketing Assistant

Do you want to make the world a better place? And work from almost anywhere in the world?

Our remote team is looking for another team member – an awesome virtual assistant/marketing assistant – who will help us with our purpose: to help good businesses become better brands.

Let’s see if you’re a good fit for our team:

  1. Our purpose and values fit you like a glove.
  2. You love to coordinate teams, meetings, clients, projects, events and everything in between.
  3. You can successfully manage our CRM (Hubspot).
  4. You’re an organisational genius, diligent and reliable.
  5. You can navigate through various systems (such as our project management tool ClickUp) to manage and schedule tasks for your team.
  6. You’re a superstar when it comes to being a virtual assistant, from social media posting, outreach and posting schedule, to executive calendar, file and inbox management.
  7. You’re an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. 
  8. Your English is first rate and you are able to accurately transcribe and create reports from meeting recordings.
  9. You’re quick and comfortable with learning new tools/systems.
  10. You love data and analytics and use insights they reveal to continuously improve projects you own.
  11. You have impeccable attention to detail.
  12. Bonus points if you love to write copy (and are good at it!).
