4 Home Office Ergonomic Factors to Unlock Your Best Work

With Danél Craib, Prudence Rehab OT and Rehabilitation Consultant

There are many benefits to working from home. But this new era of work comes with its own challenges. Many traditional office ergonomic setups and practices can be difficult to translate into our home setup.

In this session, you will learn how to assess and modify the physical, cognitive, social, and environmental factors affecting the way you work, ultimately allowing you to create a workstation that’s ergonomically sound and empowers you to be at your best.

Hosted by Danél Craib, an experienced Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Consultant at Prudence Rehab. She will provide best practices, useful tips, and insights on how to ergonomically set up your home office, enabling you to improve your overall comfort and productivity so you can continue to thrive.

What is Humming Sessions?

They are monthly lunch-and-learn sessions hosted for our team and our clients’ teams we all hum together even greater! It is hosted by Sponge over Zoom on the last Thursday of each month (excluding holidays), and we bring in an amazing guest speaker (like Danél!) to facilitate an important topic.
