How to Get To Net Zero

As the world grapples with the urgent need to address climate change, understanding and achieving net zero emissions has become a crucial goal for businesses. But what exactly does net zero mean? How can you effectively communicate about it with your stakeholders? And most importantly, how can you develop a plan to get to net zero with your business?

In this Humming Session, Richard Bolus, a Senior Consultant at Pangolin Associates, will guide you through these questions and more.

With his expertise in the processes and requirements for B Corp certification, Richard brings a deep understanding of environmental and social accountability. Drawing on his extensive background in carbon management reduction tools and platforms, he will share practical strategies for implementing sustainable practices within your organisation.

What is Humming Sessions?

They are monthly lunch-and-learn sessions hosted for our team and our clients’ teams we all hum together even greater! It is hosted by Sponge over Zoom on the last Thursday of each month (excluding holidays), and we bring in an amazing guest speaker (like Annie!) to facilitate an important topic.

The Cost

Free for Sponge clients! You will have been sent a code to use at the checkout to make it so. Non-clients are welcome to attend by purchasing a ticket at the advertised price.

All funds generated through ticket sales are donated to our current Double the Goodness grant recipients. At present there is one:

Detour House Inc, a wonderful organisation that provides accommodation and care to women and girls in the heart of Sydney through two services – Detour House and The Girls Refuge.
