But first. This role is very focused on outcomes. Your efforts are to achieve the following Results and Purpose:
Result: 5000 engaged community members by September (excluding tiktokers which is a separate goal).
Sub goal: 500 attendees to September workshops, 20% converting to group program.
Purpose: To fill our workshops and Impact Brand Story Intensive groups, and flow on to project work.
