This time, we dive into “Mission Alignment”. And it’s super important because you may have gaps in your processes, procedures, supply chain or other aspects of your organisation which can create dangerous conflicts.
Perhaps some context to help make it clear:
Your purpose statement is your mission, but how does that translate to how you run your business, or you intend to (if you are a start up)?
You have your espoused values, which govern the actions and behaviours of your team, but that isn’t where it stops.
We want to make sure where the rubber meets the road between the world and your purpose, impact model and values, is gap free.
