Who wouldn’t want a company culture so vibrant it changes the game?
A multi-generational client we are knee deep rebranding, has outdone themselves.
In a period that’s challenged everyone in their market, they’re thriving, leaping from 9th to 3rd.
When we first started on the journey with them they were a company of 35 people with values by default. Old school generic values that were neither contextualised, nor brought to life.
Rebranding is pointless without the foundation work. Cosmetic surgery is fleeting without a healthy heart.
So after a team wide values assessment we helped them articulate new values. We explored phrases and clear descriptions that guide the behaviours and attitudes they want for their culture.
These became their rules of play. And they brought them to life in their daily and weekly rituals.
Their culture has grown stronger and more aligned. It has become clear to all what the expectations are and those who aren’t aligned, have self selected out.
With that happening their culture has really popped! Creative and discretionary energy unleashed for all. The energy is palpable. Electromagnetic! Attracting new awesome clients and aligned team members.
